Every single one of us goes through seasons that are hard. Sometimes the best thing that we can do for ourselves and our families during these hard times, is to invest in our own emotional and mental health. In my counseling practice, I provide help for individuals who are dealing with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, grief, and difficulties with life transitions. I also enjoy working with college students and couples in premarital and marriage counseling. I genuinely believe that hope can be found in even the most difficult of situations.
