My passion is to help people of all ages, in all seasons of life. I work with a wide range of issues including but not limited to anxiety, phobias, trauma, job stress, and relationship difficulties.

I offer support, empathy, guidance and a safe space to explore any problem you may bring, whether it be big or small. Together we can work to identify your goals and find solutions to any issues you are currently facing.

My approach involves using a variety of techniques and tools to help you on your healing journey. I will tailor my approach depending on the issue you are facing, drawing on my training in solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
